Our story
Verita was founded in 2013 to do one thing: build the data platforms organizations actually need underneath their reporting and their AI ambitions, not just the ones that look good in a proposal. We work from Tel Aviv, at Brain Embassy, and we work across the major cloud environments — principally AWS and Google Cloud — because the right architecture depends on what a client already runs, not on which vendor we'd prefer to sell.
That focus has stayed constant even as the work itself has changed. Data engineering used to mean pipelines feeding dashboards. It now also means pipelines feeding models — and the discipline required is the same: clean, well-governed, well-modeled data, engineered to last past the current project.
Founder
Verita is led by Gil Blum, who has spent two decades in data architecture, working across AWS and Google Cloud environments for both enterprise and public-sector organizations. That range — large commercial platforms and the compliance and governance demands of public-sector work — shapes how Verita approaches every engagement: build for the constraints that are actually there, not the easiest version of the problem.
How we work
We partner with organizations across the full data lifecycle — architecture, pipeline development, storage, modeling, and visualization — and increasingly, on the specific groundwork that Gen AI adoption requires. The constant across all of it is the same standard: data that's trustworthy enough for people to make decisions on, and structured well enough for AI systems to use directly.
